 106 John Morris & Sons Ltd (Manchester) fire engine with hose reel, reg no: 
  JD 1490. Believed to have been built in 1934 approximately. Fitted timber side 
  steps/stowage lockers. Signwritten: West Ham Fire Brigade.
New Unsubstantiated Information about this lot: it is a Dennis Big 6 appliance with bodywork by Dennis of Guilford
It was supplied to West Ham Fire Brigade in 1931, and saw service through
the Blitz. It was sold out of service in the post war period and ended up in
a museum in the Lake District after being in Sussex in 1970's.
